Learn about integrated circuit:working principle of integrated circuit:

Introduction:

An integrated circuit (IC) is a small technological breakthrough in which the smallest details of electrical circuits are combined together. These electrical circuits include transistors, conductors, resistors and other devices built into electronic components.

The application of IC technology is extremely broad, and is used in various technology fields. They are used in various circuits, such as computers, mobile phones, televisions, radios, cameras, and other electronic devices.IC is important because this technology is very cheap and effective. Because of this, the prices of many electronic components have come down, and today, it is known as a center of great reputation for IC manufacturing.

Working principle of integrated circuit:

The performance of an integrated circuit is not just dependent on the supervision of a few experts, but nowadays it is created with the help of a large number of engineers.

Integrated circuit components, such as transistors, capacitors, resistors and any other electronic components, are connected inside a tiny chip. These chips are mechanically shaped like a small plate with wires wrapped around them connecting the electronic components. To connect these components, a continuous operational process is designed by computers and engineers.

When an integrated circuit is built, it takes the form of a solid chip that works with current, voltage, and other signals. Various electronic products that use integrated circuits include mobile phones, televisions, computers, hearing aids and other machines that are part of our day-to-day life.

Function  of integrated circuit:

The function of Tagged Circuits is involved in many projects such as digital computing, electronic circuits, memory, sensors, chemical sensing, motor control, robotics, IoT and many more. An integrated circuit combines various electrical components such as transistors, conductors, resistors, capacitors and other electrical components within a small size chip. This chip is then combined with other available components to form a larger circuit. In this case, the integrated circuit leads to an excellent, practical, complete, self-controlling, and cost-effective technology.

Advantages of integrated circuit:

The following are the reasons for the importance of integrated circuit or IC:

Low cost:

A fixed number of components are used to make integrated circuits which are cheap and operationally readily available. This reduces the cost of integrated circuits.

Small volume:

The components of integrated circuits are very small volume due to which the integrated circuits take up a lot of space.

Optimal performance:

Electronics components like integrated circuits have constant connections between components that guarantee optimal performance.

Greater peace of mind:

Electronic components can be protected against electrical stress and heat by using integrated circuits.

Low power consumption:

Integrated circuits require less electrical power to manufacture, which reduces power costs.

Robustness:

Integrated circuits are very robust. This electrical pressure, temperature and humidity.

Disadvantages of integrated circuits:

Following are the problems of integrated circuits:

Cost:

Integrated circuits are expensive which increases their initial cost.

Difficulty during construction: Integrated circuits are difficult to construct. If a component is replaced, the entire circuit has to be replaced.

Heat:

Using integrated circuits increases body heat which reduces their useful life.

Difficulty in case of damage:

If any component of an integrated circuit is damaged, it is not easy to replace it.

Need for precision:

Development of integrated circuits requires precision which is very expensive.

Lack of purchasing power:

Integrated circuits require special purchasing power
